This morning brought waking up to lots of rain. I looked at the doppler online and saw the line of thunderstorms coming our way. Ronnie was waiting for his repairman and I was waiting for my repairman (to work on my direct-tv). As it turned out the rain missed us and my repairman came and figured out what was wrong with my set up. Since we turn it off for several months, the system needed to be re-booted and updated. He called the company and they talked him through it and after 30 minutes my system was re-booted and the satellite was found and a signal finally came in. So now I know what to do after it's been turned off for several months. Well, Ronnie's repairman came and couldn't fix the problem. His motorhome had to be towed. Here's a picture of his emergency roadside repairman's truck. I thought it was clever.
Then the tow truck came and hooked him up. Alan and I feel so bad for Ronnie and Fern! We've been there, done that, and it's not fun. It's not knowing what's going to happen next. He should get some answers tomorrow morning after the repair shop has a chance to look at it.

55 cents for breakfast? What?!?
That's horrible that their RV had to be towed..that's a bummer. I guess it could always be worse. You've got quite the little nest set up for your sewing. I'm sure you'll be able to get it back out soon.
That is too funny about the RV repair truck!
